Something is not quite right:

says “Viewing 12 posts - 1 through 24 (of 24 total)” and there are some missing posts…
There are some missing posts in some threads.
I’m guessing someone tried to increase the number of posts in a page for the forum?
It looks like it is still only showing 12 posts per page, but only showing the little tab to switch to the second page if there are more than 38? posts, with the result that if there are less 12 > < 38 pages the posts over #12 aren’t accessible and if there are 39+, the posts over #24 aren’t accessible.
@pete as above can no longer see next page arrow but also doesn’t let you see latest posts if a page has more than 12 posts, just shows teh first page

Yes, if I reply it shows up in the overview of the topics but not in the topic itself, seems like some kind of cache invalidation problem; Can I guess? I think you enabled some (extra) caching for the forums in the maintenance?
By the way, not sure if the forum part of the WordPress wotsit allows custom CSS, but if it does the following would make it easier on everyone’s eyes (in my humble opinion)…

I am not sure if ‘invisibility’ comes after 12th post. I am sure that there are topics where everything is visible. Also, I’ve seen at least one where there were 18 posts and then it come up as with new posts in it, showing that there are now 19 posts in… and I still can’t see it
Oh, BTW, what’s the point of trying to prove that we can’t post post 12th post?
Nobody will be able to see what is posted post 12th post! (if the theory is correct)
