    @n6mon not sure you’ll going to get answer here. CEL stopped using their forum :(

    Anyway, I’ve just checked to the shop page (http://robox.cel-uk.com/) and there’s a way to log in (and retrieve forgotten password - which I successfully used! O : ) and there you can see your orders and their status…

    My order for ABS filament is still there (even though some people were already sent their orders… grr…)

    can you help us here, CEL as said that they let us know before the price of the dual material head changes, so that we can decide to buy one.

    But CEL as change the price without telling us, can the Kickstarter backers (betas or not), get the inicial price (£149.90)?

    It think it is obvious that i am a bit pissed.. yes i know its kickstarter, but that doesn’t mean that u guys can make PR like politicians and don’t keep ur promises…. is it so hard? You don’t want me to start counting, f.e. the 3.1k users here will have a faster absorb & response time then general political party… please don’t play this game with us.

    *edit i am so sorry guys that i have to share my emo drama with you, nevertheless i came to a conclusion - running the numbers of the robox printer & etc. prices, lets me estimate that if cel calculates like shown behavior without any written mention for promised features, then i call it an end with this relationship and sell the machine. Lets say 99 - 149 - 199 - 249 british pound are easy 150$-420$ for our 3d scanner; laser cutter; food printer; ADD-ON HEAD ?!?! are u for real ?? Somebody, is doing very wrong things here !

    I believe, with a flood of new 3d printers and sinking prices that cel s service will dramatically loose in favor if this trend seems to be the wind which blows thru this company, the only one who can help you do the right thing and no its not god, is henry ford, i will not quote him now, im still pissed…cause i like this machine very much, and i simply dislike your customer strategy and can’t tolerate further respect less management decisions who ever feels now responsible if you read this.

    @edthehorse I can deal with a specific problem although the best place is in the support portal for any service issues. Your email address has no support tickets. If you are waiting on an order please contact us by email.

    @pete oh, you’ve just opened Pandora’s box. Does the same stands for other/all Kickstarter backers? If so - I’m going to order dual head immediately for £150! No matter how long I need to wait afterwards for it… Seriously if you can confirm that I’ll order it immediately.

    Also, regarding my order - my self-centric view on it is that I have ordered it and never followed the order through by calling/e-mailing and because of that didn’t get it. Others who did - received their orders. Also, I did phone last week but still no trace of it being fulfilled while your website all the time shows it is on backorder.

    So, I can be just slightly let down reading others who did order around the same time got their orders through and mine got stuck… Anyway, aside of being slightly agitated with unfairness of the situation, there isn’t any real harm done. I’ve got filament from other side, rewind it on printed spool and continued to use Robox. I am still hoping that eventually it is going to be sent through and same small part of me hopes that I’m going to get nice apology for it being several months, but I am not holding my hopes too high.

    that offer is only for magelan sorry, he did ask a while back and I forgot about it.

    I checked your shipment for a Black ABS, it was sent on 10th Nov. I’ll try and track it.

    At least judging what Magelan wrote that you will notify us if we want to get it at discounted price. You didn’t notify us, we (at least I) wasn’t aware of it and lost opportunity to order it then.

    Order wise - shop web site still shows order as in ‘processing’ state. Where did you get that it was sent on 10th of November? Something definitively didn’t go well as shop hasn’t been updated that it was sent out…

    why is the price of the dual extruder now 1/4 more ? Why before christmas ? Can you please check with you management and NO i will not right a support ticket about this. I rather choose to have a conversation with other Robox users and YOU ARE ALLOWED TO JOIN !

    So now u guys decide to pick out you favorite customers and allow them a cheaper price WOW, this is so great. Give me more reasons to throw the machine in a big bow on the street. it starts to stink here.

    FFS send a little email out that u guys will raise the price to people who subscribed and tell them “last chance to buy cheap” at least, but no.

    @pete How will this problem be handled ? I want a dual head for the discount price, cause you guys failed to notified us. What @Clicky said shows validity and i wish that his request gets fulfilled, including an email so the whole community can make their order !
