Who of u guys had the genius idea of using sticky double sided silicon tape to hold the metal design piece in place ? Actually the question should be HOW did u came up with such a disaster ?

i unscrewed the left side screws but there is sticky tape holding the metal to the plastic…. is that on purpose so i get problems oppening it?

….but, u know what? Perhaps the slicing (cura / slicer) is just messing up on that small scale. Scale it up 20% for a test print and compare the details.

yea i can print it when im back home. btw are u using the small nozzle for the first layer? if so then @click is right about abs adhesion.. thin lines are not helping the adhesion. That is why i suggested a brim. A brim confines & increases the surface area of the print hence the adhesion. Try increasing the brim to max and try to bring the pie…[Read more]
