I think @biscuitlad is correct if your seeing this problem with no PC attached then its the Robox..

Until this problem has been resovled you can just disconnect the Robox from the PC after the STL file has been successfully sent to the printer.

Thanks for the plug @mikeg we do have a number of Robox’s in stock along with ABS and PLA filament in all but clear.

I have seen this problem my fix wast to eject the filament turn the Robox off disconnect both power and USB cable and remove and replace the head.

Your filament is not loaded correctly eject and reload.

If you have a USB hub can you connect it inline with the Robox
e.g. Robox in to the USB hub then USB hub in to the PC
See if that helps with the connection issues.

Looks like its over extruding from the photos…. If thats PLA try changing the filament multiplier down to .75 and reprint
