    Something occurred to me last night: version of Slic3r that is supplied with AutoMaker is 1.1.3 (if you just run it from /Appliactions/CEL/ dir on Mac, for instance). Latest stable version is 1.1.5. Latest development version is 1.2. Did anyone think what would happen if supplied version is just replaced with newer? Or the newest?

    Probably nothing if it’s a vanilla binary swap between one and the other. Have you seen something in 1.2 that takes your fancy?

    No. Actually - did not tried 1.2. I tried 1.1.7 which failed slicing my (probably not 100% correct) model same way 1.1.3 did. I’ll try it soon (lunch break probably).

    Have been running Slic3r v 1.2 with in AutoMaker for some time with good results.

    I just tried stable 1.1.7 for windows x64 and it seems ok?
