@dave You are right about each model having different settings, but we’re still struggling with more in depth explanation what is average result in increasing/decreasing each parameter. Currently most people rely only on intuition. More detailed guide with explanations like:

I noticed also about 3/4 through I get an offset or step in the x,y plane also starts blobbing etc..
Any ideas what causes this? This was done on draft quality!

Another AM Cura print, this time a print I couldn’t do properly with Slic3r, a stretchy bracelet. Slic3r made a mess of it all the time, merging lines together, blobs, breaks all the time, Cura did it right the first time, looks great and only 25 minutes to print (no infill, no top, no bottom, 1 perimeter and 0.40 perimeter width).

Doing calibration using only paper might not be enough. Manually adjusting nozzles after you’ve done calibration might help.

I use CA glue, or super glue, for most joints. There is a gel form that works better for porous surfaces such as felt.
