    pelgrim @pelgrim

I would like to make a checklist I need to go through before each print, all goes straight to Roboxing wiki.
It doesn’t matter if it sounds silly or redundant, I just want it to be complete.
If needed, we can start a separate topic for model (.stl) checks.

First things that come to mind:
1: I ran these calibrations since I last moved my Robox: ( list …)
2: Robox has filament loaded ?
3: I ran these calibrations since I last changed my filament, same type of material: (list …)
4: I ran these calibrations since I last changed my filament, different type of material: (list …)
5: Robox is powered on and recognised by AM ?
    6: ?

    6. if ABS don’t forget to scale it by 2% (guess why it is so high on my list… now… )

    7. If ABS don’t forget ensure bed is clean (clean it if it isn’t)

    8. …

Among others are running object from Sketchup through Netfabb (just in case), take the USB cable off my laptop or it will restart as soon as it goes to sleep, pick previous prints bits and pieces off Robox tray, …

I dont clean my print bed unless its got bits on it then only with the edge of a credit card ABS sticks no trouble always best where it has printed before. only checked nozzle height twice since I received it.

I would like to draw attention to this topic again:

I know you are doing this for noobs @Pelgrim, but there shouldn’t be any need to check anything before you start a new print (other than checking the beds clean). It sound overly complicated!
