Hurry up with the filament shop…

When will “Available from: October 2014″ be? I really like my Robox, but running low with the material that came with it. So I would really like to get some more reels.

Also there are no translucent materials in the shop, they are coming, aren’t they?

I asked it in a ticket regarding some other issue and they told me it’s looking at the end of October (they shipped the filament over sea, takes a little longer ;)). My filament was running low as well so I just ordered some other 1.75mm filament and that works fine as well, just not as user friendly as the SmartReels. For translucent materials I can recommend Colorfabb _XT and I’ve heared Taulman t-glase works great as well.

On my original order for the Robox I added filament one of which was PLA Filament - Crystal Clear RBX-PLA-TP001 and is still shown on my account although it is not in the shop now, any comments Cel?

Okay. If you read further down in that thread, they talk about clear PLA as well. It could do with an update though.

I have ordered some of the filaments too, (order Number: #300000359) but it disappear from my account. I forgot whether they have charged my Credit card or not. But in fact, I lost my order, it is not in the order history account anymore. I have sent them email and ticket about how to show it back in my account, but no reply. any one has the same experiences ?

backorders of some filaments are on the way! I got a Shipment notification on two Reels of Black.

Chris said all the remaining colors are on the Boat to the UK and will be shipped out by next week once they arrive in port.

 

I still don’t see empty reels but I plan on stripping one reel of Black for some of my other makers Materials and make a new Profile for it etc.
