Quick question: I had my shipped to my companies stores. Are the reels in the main box ? Or they come separate ? Need to know urgently, so I know what I’m looking @pete @pyropetepete

Cheers guys. I’m sure a few were thinking just go open the box :p it was locked in stores so wanted to conform I was only picking up one box. Going to get it now

If your not part of this group then look at your order confirmation for the delivery ETA. Sorry to be so harsh on this.

I’m afraid neither the store website “My Orders” page nor my order confirmation e-mail provides a ETA. When I purchased it, the store said shipping in September, which is nearly over. As I said before, I’m not trying to be difficult, only set my expectations accordingly.

@jack-strong As the guys here have said, 2 reels are shipped in zip lock bags within a box that’s got manual, USB cable, power, software and that lot is inside the box.
