Another issue, this time layer not bonding right

Here’s another issue, if you look at the photos attached, the top layer of a flat surface did not bond well with the layer below it, it a bit hard to see on some of the photos, but you can see a gap. And the top layer was also slightly larger than it was supposed to be. Also, if you look at the photo with a rectangle, that side is supposed to be completely 90 degrees from horizontal, but, as you can see, it is sloping. Has anyone had the same issues? Any fixes?

I am having this problem… as well as others. Sorry no fixes that I have found so far. I think it may be the slicer though.

@tokyosuits it can be relatively easy to see if it is slicer or not. Get xxxx_robox.gcode and put it in http://gcode.ws/ for instance and you’ll see gaps in layers - or layers being too high… Somehow I am not 100% sure is it really slicer to be blamed here.

I think I can see the problem in mine on gcode.ws. There is one layer that it looks like it is putting down to much fill on one layer. Its hard to tell for sure, but it looks like the layer that I am having problems with. I will try to slice it with only slic3r and see if it is still there.

how do you do mentions btw?
