How long should the Root upgrade take ? AM found it after a restart and when I connected there was an upgrade firmware button, which I clicked. A blue and white bar appeared and seem to show the software being uploaded. The Root disappeared from the network and then reappeared but was still showing 3.00.00. When I clicked connect, it wanted to upgrade the firmware again ?
Second time around the progress bar changed to show an “upgrade successful” message, so waiting to see how the Root comes back now.

Just loaded a new .STL and received a message saying the post-processor has aborted and to raise a ticket…
Could that be because there is no Robox connected ?

Tony & George Can you create a shortcut key to close a model tab in the top menu bar please, as although I see the long standing issue with navigating the Library, Preferences and About icons especially the mouseovers has been fixed. If you fill the window bar with models, you have to delete others to the left to be able to close the one underneath the above icons.

Just seen the new filament layout, which looks inspired by Ultimaker’s Cura manufacturer’s classification. 😉
Seriously, Write to Reel Filament remaining is behaving a lot better now thank you, but I have a slight issue with my Robox Smart Reels and writing to filament 1 or reel 1 on my Dual with two reels fitted.
The first reel material data boxes are greyed out, so I cannot alter the settings, yet I can on Reel2. It might be that Reel2 is a custom profile, but all the other single reels on the other Roboxes work fine.
I have managed a workaround, by modifying & writing reel2 filament remaining settings to reel 1, and then resetting reel 1 to its original material, and the filament remaining values stay unchanged.

I upgraded Automaker and ROOT.
When language selection is changed to Japanese, it seems that some of the temperature indication still remains incorrect.Now I’m printing test object of Marvin keychain and there is nothing problem. ROOT UI is really cool and great JOB.
@saracen yes it seems that you need to have Robox running to get preview slicing to run. This is different to 3.00.00 so I will check if it is intended and otherwise get it on the list to be updated. The previous version must be using some default values which the new version is not, obviously filament settings are not available when there is no machine present but this can be changed also.
