I’d like to submit a support ticket, but when I enter my email address it says “Please enter a valid number” ?!?! Please get this fixed because I’m having a LOT of problems with my BRAND NEW ROBOX and I’ll be submitting quite a few tickets.

I bought a Robox printer under the belief that this was going to be a relatively problem free 3d printer, after my first test print, things keep getting worse. I don’t have hours and hours to spend everyday trying to figures these problems out, if I wanted a buggy 3d printer there are plenty over other options on the market.

No point in posting this here - no one CEL has posted (or even read?) much on here for months. I’d ring them up if I were you. It will help you realise they are just humans trying to do a job.

@darthmac it looks like you may have missed the captcha. They can be hard to read. You are looking for a set of 3 to 5 numbers in the image shown.

What types of problems have you been having? If you can list them, I can probably help. I have two Robox units, one Beta and one production, so I have seen most of the issues at one point or another.

I operate two Betas and one Production Robox.
I am the US/Canada Technical Support engineer for the Robox.

There was no captcha on the page and it was clearly not liking my gmail email address.

I described my problems from last night over in the chatter section.

Right nowI am hugely disappointed with Robox and thoughts of returning the printer are becoming an option,
