So, long story short, my robox head started leaking after 500+ hours of work, but it’s not a surprise since warranty is for 500 hours. I thinked it’s not a problem since robox is selling their new updated version 2 heads, so I head to robox shop, and what I see was out of stock, I checked all the resellers with no luck. One day passed and I decided to write a ticket to robox support, and they said exactly the same, they are out of stock. Now 2 month passed and it’s still the same. So I want to ask everyone, maybe someone now when the robox version 2 head will be in stock or maybe someone nows where to buy one ?

Is it that the Robox is in such demand that all stock is being purchased as soon as it is made? Or, is it a manufacturing timetabling/supply issue that should not be so?
June 13, 2017 at 10:21 am #40182For the UK, QuickFill (S2) heads are out of stock right now, we sold out unexpectedly.
Our global sales partner has been selling RoboxDual with a DualMaterial (DM) head but without a QuickFill head in other parts of the world. Those customers are buying up the stock of the QuickFill heads from our UK shop and presumably from any other source. This was not predicted in our UK stock as in the UK we supply DualMaterial and Quickfill heads with RoboxDual as standard. The QuickFill head shortage also increased DM head sales beyond our predictions.
More heads are in production now so we should be back on track very soon in the UK. Other regions will follow as heads are distributed.
