    Morning guys,

So for some reason earlier my Robox stopped recognising the filament, showing up as ‘unknown’ rather than the name and how much is left!

Also i have been trying to purge material, clean nozzles and eject to try and get material printing, but nothing is coming out the nozzle.

Any insight into what I can try to fix this? I have searched but no similar errors.
    Thanks

Thanks for the reply, I gave the pins where the reel fits a wipe, and it’a detecting the reels again! There’s still no luck trying to purge material but I now have filament slip errors pop up so will look at some the posts on here about it

@jayt Filament slip is usually a failing extruder or poor connection to the head. Open a support ticket; either issue may need an RMA.

Thanks again for the replies, I was just about to open a support ticket when I had one more idea.
I started a purge material and gently applied force to push the filament in, and amazingly it started pulling from my fingers on it’s own and started printing! I think maybe there could of been a blockage? Any way thanks for your input, thought I would just let you know it’s working again now
