    My Robox is a Blue Commercial Version

    It is quite unlikely anyone will find a better print bed material than PEI, certainly for ABS and PLA. The fact that PEI doesn’t change size within the temperature range we use it for makes it ideal for 3D printing.

    I’d be interested to see how you get on with GeckoTek

    @Pete I’ll let you know once I have my printer and the plate. Do you have the precise dimensions of the plate for me? Rounded corners or rectangled?

    The current PEI bed is 210x150mm and 1.1mm thick

    The bed surface is able to flex which helps to put it under 4 clips which are around the edges of the bed.

    I got some response from the gekotek team recommending not to cut these plates ourselves,
    just to let the backers of this project know.
