April 12, 2017 at 4:03 pm #38470@rendaridra Please try again now. If you have trouble with the automated download, please try the clean install method.

There was an issue with the website that was causing Chrome to have download issues. That should be fixed now.

See my 3D Hub site at https://www.3dhubs.com/phoenix/hubs/benApril 12, 2017 at 4:17 pm #38471There is an issue with automatic updates. Until that is fixed, please use the clean install method from the support portal. CEL is working to resolve the issue.
If you get an error that the program is not compatible, please rename the file to a .zip
This may require a settings change to view the file extension.

April 12, 2017 at 9:01 pm #384793.0 does not install so went back to 2.01.04 till problem is fixed.
April 12, 2017 at 11:48 pm #38480@eloy Please try the clean install option. If you have downloaded the file earlier than about 5 hours ago, please try downloading again. If you can let us know the operating system and browser you are using, we can look into what may be causing the challenge.

See my 3D Hub site at https://www.3dhubs.com/phoenix/hubs/benApril 13, 2017 at 10:18 am #38492I am also having issues with AutoMaker 3 and have tried both autoupdate and clean install on 2 computers. I’ve also tried installing x86 instead of x64, just to have tried it, but nothing seems to help.
AutoMaker 3 installes as it should, but for some reason it does not start up. I get a splash screen for about 1 second, then the application closes without any more information. I am running Windows 10 x64 on both computers. One is a Microsoft Surface Book 4 and the other is a Dell XPS 12.
Any ideas what else I should try? I’ve created a support ticket, but I don’t expect my local dealer (Clas Ohlson AB) to get back to me any time soon since it’s easter now. For now I’ve reinstalled the old version so I can test out my brand new Titan-X filament and LokBuild plate.
