..it seems if I up the speed a lot (currently at 20mm/s first layer…then 60mm/s throughout) I get better results and faster thinner prints.

I presume that would make for horrible 3d models…but for sheets, speed seems to make more uniform results.

@bhudson I’m using slicer…it can do several patterns.

I’m interested in using fill patterns as they can add a bunch of detail that would be very cumbersome to model. (not in the sense of modelling, but in number of polygons needed)

I had a 60% fill and still noticed a slight bend (very slight) in the Pla tool…miscible in the embossed card if you look closely…may do the final with less fill and get a thin steel plate to reinforce the top shape.
