Received my Robox today. While the 0.3 mm nozzle works flawlessly, the 0.8 mm arrived clogged. I’m sitting here trying since two hours to unclog it according to the Manual Purge instructions. Reheated the head and pushed the filament in like 20 times, but the 0.8 mm nozzle is hardly „lactating“. Half a drop at best. Closed and opened the 0.8mm needle countless times (with the head at 230°C) to make sure the needle isn’t stuck. Nada. Nothing. When reattaching and opening the 0.3 mm nozzle, the previously pushed in material oozes out.

This is HIGHLY FRUSTRATING. So much for the out of the box experience.

I can imagine that the nozzles clog quite often, especially when switching between materials. The problem however is the when purging manually the head’s temperature drops quickly once disconnected from the head mount. My suggestion: Give us an extension cable which attaches to the head mount on one end and the head on the other. That way we can maintain the head temperature while manually pushing in filament.
