Hi,

from my opinion if I buy original filament from CEL then it should work independently from the color. This is what I expect. I cannot print my objects in e.g. ugly brown just because brown works fine. This is not the reason why I bought a Robox with filament recognition!

There is a hint close to the ‘Make’ button saying ‘Please insert filament’ (or something like that).
But I never took out the filament!?!

This you can see on the attached image, I marked the interesting areas with red arrows.
On arrow 1 you can see that PLA builts a bigger blob on the tip of the fine nozzle even the fine nozzle was not used for that print (draft mode).

Luckily I could make the printer working again. I heated the head up to 150 degree and shut off Robox. The I quickly removed the head. Around 5-6 cm of filament was visible at the carriage.
Then I ejected the filament by pressing the eject button in the middle of the reel. The I cut of around 40 cm of the filament, feed in the filament again…[Read more]

thanks for all who answered here. Since I have a blue device which is still under warranty I opened a ticket to CEL.
If they tell me what to do I am still under warranty compared to if I just do things on my own and damage things.

But the filament did not come out. I just heard a loud noise similar to a siren.

Hi,

still not clear what this noise is telling me.

Sometimes it is very slowly tock, tock, tock, then it accelerates to a slow trrrrrr and decelarates to tock, tock, tock again.
