juddering noise when moving the bed to the back

Hey Guys,

it’s my first post and I hope you can help me with my little issue. After I got my Printer back from a warranty fix (head issue) I noticed a juddering noise when moving the bed to the back. Like described here When moving the bed to the back, the printer makes a loud juddering noise.

The solution for my Problem seems to be something different than provided in the article. So I opened the Bottom Cover and checked the limiting Switch. I looks like there went something wrong during assembly. There is no way the limiting switch can get contact to any other part of the Printer. Like you can see on the Picture I made, there´s still 2 or 3mm gap between the switch and the Plastic part when it´s in the most back position. Does anyone know how to fix this, or do I have to open a Ticked?

@batue Please open a support ticket to get assistance with this problem. The bed is run off mains voltage and working in the area without proper safety steps can be deadly.

I operate two Betas and four Production Robox.

Thx for the advise. I´ve answered to my old Ticked since it wasn´t closed.

I can see the support team has replied to you in the last few minutes. They suggested reseating the print surface so the metal clip is sitting over it instead of being pushed toward the rear of the machine and blocking it from reaching the Y home.

If this resolves the issue please report back.
