I received my robox from canada where power supply is 110v … I live in Thailand were power suppy is 200v …
So easy question is the switching automatic or if not ; where is the swich ? I dont want to burn my robox on the first use.

It’s frustrating I didnt use my baby yet … I want to avoid any mistake possible …

The label on the back says 100-240V AC so I would say it should work fine on both; I don’t think there is a 110V and a 230V model, just different cables with different power plugs according to where you live. To be sure you might want to wait for a reply from CEL but I think it’s a 99% chance you can just use it as is, providing the plug fits in the power outlet in Thailand :)

What make me worried is the 1% chance :-/ the problem is that the thai plugs accepts both USA/CANADIAN and EUROPEAN …

And furthermore, there is a stickers on the cable showing 10A/125V

I just got an answer from roboshop, impressive technical support.

    here what they say :

<span style=”color: #666666;”>”The internal power supply of the Robox should handle 100-250VAC from the factory, there is no setting for that.</span><br style=”color: #666666;” /><span style=”color: #666666;”>You can start using it right off.”</span><br style=”color: #666666;” /><br style=”color: #666666;” />So Dave, you was right. Now let’s start the beast ;-)
