EIGHT HUNDRED & EIGHTY HOURS!! Alas, it’s now oozing gloop and destined for the great recycling centre in the sky (although I may just take it apart to investigate first).
880 hours!!! I can’t fault that, but it’s like losing an old friend. Sad days.

July 26, 2018 at 5:23 pm #48916I’ve scraped the gloop off, recalibrated and going for one more print. Come on!! You can do it.
July 26, 2018 at 6:06 pm #48917@pma The highest hour count I have seen on an SM print head is ~ 2400.
I operate two Betas and four Production Robox.

Seriously I have had my Robox for 7 months and my dual head says 1 hour !
No way. Someone please explain how that works?
July 26, 2018 at 7:08 pm #48919Nah, it’s kaput. Mucho gloopo all over.
July 27, 2018 at 3:48 pm #48922@pma The print head should record the number of hours used on the head. If you have been using the print head for that time the head hour counter should be progressing. If you are using a different print head the other head will be tracking the hours used. The hour counter is only for the print head, not for the printer itself.
If your print head hour counter is not progressing you may have another issue also and you may want to open a support ticket.

My quickfill head burst its seals within the first couple of days of use and had a issue with the gantry sticking so printer went back for repair. That head showed zero hours use. Since it came back I have only been using the dual head. Printer works fine otherwise.
I will raise a ticket and see what support say.
