    This feature request is actually asking to defeature the hardware button on the Robox. If there is an AM option to enable/disable it, it would help me immensely.

    I am using Robox for introducing 3D printing to students at schools and NGOs. Very frequently, the button is pressed (and worse long pressed) right at the beginning of a class. I once did a class for the teachers and to my amazement, the same thing happened.

    If there is a button some people just half to push it. The button can be removed. At least moved into the hub where no one can touch it. Open a ticket and they should be able to give you instructions on how to do it.

    You could also probably put together a blanking plate that fits the spool mountings so they can’t get at the button.
    Yes, I realise it’s not a perfect solution, but it still leaves it viable if you need it, and if people start pulling bits of plastic from a working printer you’ve got a good excuse for clipping them round the ear… 😉

    @williamha Bit of a quick hack job, but if you’ve a spare half-hour you can protect yourself in the interim.
