I think this is common problem with many different printers or what do u think? These temperatures are measured when bed is set to 115°. These areas with 50-60° reduces the real build area. Im going to try what happens when i print in those areas

Sorry for my poor EnglishIts partially due to the instrument I think, these ir lasers measure in a cone rather than the visible laser dot, if you hold it 1″ height from the corner of the bed, you may find it increase slightly?
