I have just done the nozzle opening and height calibrations, after this i did a test print and when the bed moves to the back it gets to the stop at the end and seems to still try to keep moving backward creating a horrible grinding sound for 2 secs before moving forward to normal home position?

Sounds like http://www.cel-robox.com/forums/topic/help-what-have-i-done/ , which I’ve also done.

Check the clip at the back of the bed is actually snapped-in properly - if it’s not, it could be sticking out too far and prevent the bed from hitting its limit switch on furthest-move.
Otherwise, check you’ve not got any random plastic* bits stuck in the mechanism at the back, giving the same effect, and if that doesn’t help do the limit switch checks they mention in the above thread.
