Your computer is not seeing the Robox. Try powering off your computer and restarting it. SOMETIMES the Robox can draw more power than USB 1.1 can handle. If your computer has a USB 2.0 port, connect the ROBOX there. Also try DIRECT connection to your computer without a hub.

I have several Robox units Kickstarter and Commercial

@kingmar What operating system are you using? Have you ever been able to get AutoMaker to work? How old is your computer? Did you get the installation file from the website or are you possibly using an older version?

Try this also: with a known good cable, connect the Robox directly to the computer. If you have a desktop, use one of the ports in the back of the tower. Disconnect the power cable. Plug the USB cable into the computer and then hold down to eject button in the center of the reel hub. Plug the USB cable into the Robox. The Robox should be discovered and AutoMaker should come up with the printer. If not, you may have bad ports on the computer or a damaged mainboard.

Any additional information will also help.

I operate two Betas and one Production Robox.
