Any news on this? as i made my order two months ago and i have heard nothing.
if i look at my order it still say processing even though you have taken the money ( two months ago)
When i purchased the unit two months ago it stated that expected delivery date was i September. it is now not September and i have not had no contact, i am not a kickstart backer that expect delays i am a customer that was given a date of September and has still not been told any different, you should be giving some sort of details as to that progress of the orders.
Was shipment 1 the kickstarter units or is shipment 1 yet to go out. when can i expect my unit?
Can i have some feed back please.
I dont mind the fact that there has been delays but i am not happy about not being told it will be late.
sorry to be a bit blunt on this but ive asked before and had nothing back.
03/10/2014 at 10:30 am #7349I am in the exact same position except I purchased mine 3 months ago. I am also fine with delays but they should at least update their ETA for delivery for us!

Would you really want some personal info, order numbers, name, e-mail address shared here….? Nah didn’t think so
What would I do if it was me in your shoes -
I’d mail the company with all the info relating to your order, name, address, order number, order e-mail
See my sig, i’ll respond on Monday as VDT now

Thanks
03/10/2014 at 8:43 pm #7429No i was not asking for details about my particular printer just some information about the 2nd shipment, that my printer is part of.
I only made the point that none of the 2nd shipment people had had any emails about delays, and that you had had 2 months to do so.
thanks Pyropetepete for the understanding comment.
