Mark, Thank you for your reply, I just managed to get Automaker to detect the printer (vista32bit ) I had to delete v15 manually clean the registry and install V17 and then I also had to put the cable in a different USB port.
Putting the cable in a different USB port really turned this whole thing around, drivers were loaded and everything…[Read more] -

Im new in this forum, and I dont know how to use this, I may have sent you another message earlier.
I have the same problem and Im trying to find out how others have managed to resolve it.
Have you managed to get automaker to detect the printer in the end?I have tried it on W7 and vista, in both cases the drivers installed properly…[Read more]

Hi Kolm,
I only managed to get Windows 7 to recognize the Robox for about 2 seconds. It works from Windows 8.1. I am keeping a log of everything I try on my support call, so hopefully CEL Robox can find out what’s going wrong.
I have also added some detail to the forum.
