Hi all,
Just received my new Robox today, and I love it. However, something that is bugging me is that occasionally the printer will pause and the Ambient lamp will flash green until I resume the print in AutoMaker.
This is annoying for long prints ;(
Would appreciate any advice or help.

May 21, 2015 at 8:49 pm #18424@hawkeyethehacker That is usually caused by some error. If you have the computer connected to the Robox while it is printing, can you see any error? The other thing to try is to make sure the computer is disconnected from the Robox during long prints.
What operating system are you running?

This happens even if I unplug the printer from the computer after sending the job.
Automaker says “paused”, I think one time it said ejecting filament.
I am running Windows 8.

May 22, 2015 at 3:55 pm #18459I reseated the head and it has not happened again so far. I’ll keep you updated.

New Robox users - Always tighten your head, I think mine came loose in shipping.

May 22, 2015 at 10:29 pm #18462@hawkeyethehacker Glad you got your problem fixed. Yes, reseating the head can help many problems. Make sure you recalibrate the head also after you remove and reseat it. It doesn’t usually make a huge difference but sometimes it will make enough to lead to a failed detail print. Usually you only need to do the nozzle opening when you install a new head but you should do the other two every time you remove and reseat the head.
