    Dear all,

    I want to know if Robox and/or Automaker is able to print on top of an already printed 3D object.

    What I need is to print a 3D object. After this is finished I want to rotate this object and print the 2nd part on top of the 1st so it finally becomes one single object.

    Sometimes one cannot print an object at once. So it would be great if I can start with the 1st part of an object and then print the 2nd (3rd and so on) part on top of it.

    This would make it necessary that Robox/Automaker is able to specify an exact XYZ starting position of the 2nd object.

    Is this possible now or is this feature planned?

    Thanks for any information!

    Doesn’t the problem start with mounting the rotated object on the PEI bed again!?

    @Dr.Woo:

    therefor I mentioned that is necessary to specify an exact XYZ starting position of the 2nd object.
    You can place the 1st object anwhere in the bed, but then a manual stepp is needed to position the head on the position where the 2nd object should be started to print.
    Useful could be a laser cross or something similar (e.g. bright LED with a lens for projecting a cross) on the head which is pointing onto the first object for exact positioning.
