nozzle pin replacement

Hi I was cleaning my nozzles and snapped the larger nozzle pin - now it’s dumping filament everywhere when I print. Could someone point me in the right direction to replace this tiny pin.

Hmm, best not to remove nozzles.

If you create a support ticket with some images the guys might be able to get you a replacement needle (I assume that is what you mean).

As far as I know this has never happened before.
