Hello all,
A few days ago my fine nozzle clogged up with PLA. I purged it a couple of times, moved to ABS, purged some more, and eventually did a manual purge. However, at one of these steps, not sure which anymore, the nozzle finally showed some flow, but didn’t stop anymore.
The flow is a very fine thread, curling up quickly around the head. I think it is smaller than a proper 0.3mm thread. more like 0.1. (But this is just guestimation.)
I tried a nozzle opening calibration, but even at 0.00 opening, the nozzle flows. A larger opening does not result in a better flow.
I did some more purges, and a manual purge, but I’m at a loss right now.
Any advice?
