You should finish your print first, mine should be last priority. I can wait. I don’t want to be the cause of your printing failure Ahaha. I’ll make the AM job tomorrow when i reach my office Ahaha. Thanks for your help! Greatly appreciate it. It’s night here btw Ahaha.

Fair enough. The way I am printing it at the moment there is no estimate. Only number of lines sent to the printer (22k at the moment - of 30k) - so not far now.

Send it tomorrow and I’ll try to print it and post it same day - worst case scenario on Tuesday. And then it is just matter of when it arrives and if it is useful (CEL Polar White PLA strong enough)…

Must be. Plus I need to go to post office tomorrow anyway and I am sure other fellow Robox users would do it for each other, too…

BTW - here it is finished. You can do something (another thing) nice for ‘community’, too: go to thingiverse.com and upload your stl there for everyone else. Also, while you’re there and you’re ok with the quality (judging by the pictures) send me a message through it (thingiverse) with your address and you’ll have it in the envelope travelling to you tomorrow morning. I’ve just checked prices and it shouldn’t cost more than £3.13!

BTW it is printed with CEL’s Polar White PLA, ‘Normal’ mode with 30% fill.. If you want it printed differently - let me know.

After looking at the pictures, i realized i missed a part (dumb me!!) which is the hole in the centre. I have attached the fix and will upload for the community. I really appreciate the effort you have done and really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hi @clicky , I have managed to print the gears by manually controlling the filament feed with my hands and the specifications are a bit wrong though I have updated it. So the print is wrong and don’t send me the print. Anyway your kind gesture is appreciated by me :)

No problem. I meant to suggest something like that - pushing filament manually so it doesn’t slip (inspired by my Robox being half open on my desk). But I forgot O : )

You said specifications were wrong and you updated it. Did you printed updated version as well? If not - are you going to? Definitively post it here how did it go! If you eventually manage to print it and it works - that would be really great to hear!

BTW I might print it anyway and put it somewhere safe. Just in case!

BTW offer still stands if you fail to print it so.

And on similar note - as a coincidence - I’ve just received some main from Singapore: 18 servos from hobby king - last two shipment for my next project with Robox: a spider (8 legs) with three servos per leg.

IT WORKSSS!!! I AM SO HAPPYY!!! AHAHA!!!

Basically taking out the old gear is difficult and need the shaft to be heated up and the old gear to be pulled out with extreme force.

The new gear again using heated shaft, insert it and it will stick and fall in nicely to the shaft. Dont screw the extruder too tight or it will jam
