    I have both RoboxDual and other Robox versions

    I would do a clean install of your software and I would open a support ticket. You may have corrupted the firmware on the print head and possibly the printer. You need to get the head carrier updated also.

    I operate two Betas and four Production Robox.
    I am the US/Canada Technical Support engineer for the Robox.
