Is it possible to just use the 0.3mm nozzle exclusively for a print? I’m not sure if I click on the label on the screen or not. I’m trying to print a hand for an articulated figure. I’ve done the back section of the torso so far and set it to ‘fine’. That printed okay but all the infill was done using just the 0.3mm and not a combination of 0.3mm and 0.8mm infill. I wasn’t too bothered since it had to ‘print’ holes for connecting rods, so I thought that infill was probably better. However now when I started printing the hand (which has moveable joints exactly as a human hand) it only used the 0.8mm nozzle. While that is okay for the palms of the hand, it is too big for the finger sections. There isn’t really enough material for it really hold onto the bed.

Of course my robox didn’t run for long enough for me to really notice if that was true or not.

If you choose ‘Choose quality’ to determine ‘starting’ profile, you can then go to Custom profile and set what nozzle is going to be used for: First Layer, Perimeter, Solid Infill, Support and Support Interface. Check under ‘Nozzles’ in profile.
@andylion If you don’t want to fiddle with fine tune settings you can just select Fine profile, then Custom Profile and save it as ‘FineSettings_1’ changing First Layer’s Nozzle to 0.3 (under Nozzles tab). All other settings are going to be same as on Fine profile…
