Good news. 3 days and a response and an apology. Seems they are having issues with the ticketing system. The reply seemed very helpful and on point. Lets see how this all plays through and we may very well have a great story to tell.

Anyone printed a spool yet and can upload a picture? My printer is still down! My parts arrived and were confirmed with CEL 3 days ago but no word since. I’m hoping to hear from them but I think since we’re 3 days from Christmas I know I should probably count it out as not getting a response until after Christmas. I have to say first of all it was about 3 days to get a response. Chris told me that the more times you post to your ticket - the lower in priority you go in their queue - good to know now. I’m not posting jack now. I’m just going to wait it out. I was hoping a same day post like - tested parts and yup - you’re hosed and we’re sending replacements. I’ll keep hanging tight and I’ll post when I’m back in biz and will post some pics!
