nope… what do u mean with upgraded the shipping?

    keljam @keljam7

Fried, the upgrading shipping is 85.00 for three days and 135.00 for second day shipping. If you go up from that it’s like 235.00 for next day. If they ship on the 25th like there talking about I would like to have mine by Sat. They told me today the reason why they wont ship is because of the warranty, the manufacture has not cleared that up yet. If you call them they will tell you the same thing. I almost went with another company today to get one by Mon. the 22nd, but I think I’m going to stay with Dynamism. If the info. I have given you is wrong I apologize for that in advance.

I hate the Robox guys now, good job guys !

Firt heavy time delay (no shipping),
then its the warranty (no shipping),
then a part has to be exchanged… (no shipping),
    serious ?!?!?

Your Service Support is ultra lame congrats on that….

As frustrating as it is, this is a kick-started project, and obviously development, manufacture issues etc will always lead to very variable delivery dates, especially when a distributor is involved, as they take some responsibility for support.. They would want to confirm with CEL if they need any last minute updates/changes before they ship so it stands the least chance of being sent back.

I’ve only just started looking at the Robox, and I live around 20 miles away from them, but I have no choice but to wait until December and see if there is spare stock then.. Of course, hopefully by then the kinks will be known and ironed out, so I’m probably better off waiting and fore-going the teething issues, so be thankful you have at least got one allocated in the first batch!
