Hi Charlotte
I have had the same problem. 1 model refuses to transfer using the “normal” setting but it does if i use “draft” or “fine” modes. I did not have this problem with the previous version of AM. I have raised a ticket.

I have never experienced this issue before upgrading to AMv3. When i did the upgrade i did a clean install. This made me think it is either a Driver, AM or Firmware update that caused it.

I am using AM v3 and today my AM-Robox combo went very odd mid print. AM failed to transfer the entire print job failing part way through. The print started and bed heated up but the temperature graph never moved (stayed at 31) but the print did start. Because of the failed transfer i tried to pause then cancel the job. Thanks for the reply.
If it’s a known bug that confirms my finding and i am happy that it is recognized and i am ok to work around it.
It was a smartreel to smartreel swap but it would not recognize the new reel so i ended up manually selecting the new filament type and writing it back to the reel.

I am new to Robox having previously used a Fabrikator Mini so i am on a learning curve /
Twice now i have noticed the same behavior but am not sure if it is a known problem. It occurs when changing filament reels.
I eject the filament (Ngen) and it works correctly.
I insert the new filament and it loads correctly.

The Flashforge software “Flash Print” has this ability built in. You can open a picture and you get a lithophane. You can also create a tube or lamp with the picture wrapped around. Quite a good feature and would be handy if Automaker did it.
PS I don’t own a Flashforge.
