The maximum bed width is 210mm right? Well you can just about fit 220mm on if it’s not too wide by using the diagonal.
You have to let it shrink to fit on loading, then rotate, then scale up to 100% (or 102% for ABS). See here the photo for a coin holder I’ve just uploaded to thingiverse…
Just thought I’d pass on the tip, but apologies if it’s already been done/obvious to everyone.

15/03/2015 at 6:01 pm #16602Hi Jack. I left it running overnight, on Draft it took 5 1/2 hours.
I have been experimenting recently, and for shapes like this with simple vertical profiles and not to many fiddly bits or overhangs, you can get away with 1 perimeter and 300um layers. Speeds it up to 4 hours and the quality for this sort of thing is absolutely fine. I did one with the childrens names embossed on to the back, and even the lettering looked fine at this resolution.
I then set the speed to 1.5x and it was still fine. Note this never reduces the print time by as much as you imagine (I suppose the non printing travel speeds are the same), but it still gets it down to about 3 1/2 hours.
I’ve no idea how far you can go with increased layer heights before it gets unacceptable. An experiment for someone…
BTW, I don’t know if you’ve been in Conference Room 1 recently, but I printed a load of cable catchers for the HDMI cables to the projector. I didn’t make them robust enough and most have been broken, so am working on a V2.
