I’ve just received a replacement dual extruder head and the left nozzle is oozing. I’ve already purged it 5 five times but the problem persists. Do i need to rma a brand new part?

Have you run through the 3 calibrations on this print head?

i ran the nozzle opening calibration and the i cannot go past the 3rd step (the one where it closes the valves and ask you to check for oozing) because there’s material leaking

If it is leaking at that point in the calibration then the head will need adjustment. You will need to open a support ticket for the head to be repaired/exchanged.
