    I owned an original Cupcake back in the day. It was fun, but more of a school project printer and kind of a crappy experience. Actually, it was a really crappy user experience.

    I got to the point that I decided I wanted to print parts, and not tinker around. I’ve finally settled on the Replicator 2, and let me tell you, if the robox is anything like the R2, I’m going to be super happy. The Replicator 2 is an amazingly consistent piece of hardware. My prints are great, and all of my customers have been super pleased with their parts.

    MakerBot’s support is sub-par, however. I hope that CEL will do a much better job on this front.
