    Just came across this 3D printed dragon. The support structure with the numerous nodes is quite impressive (watch the video). Will Automaker be able to automatically create such complex support structures?

    if automaker makes support structures, I hope the algorithm is way better then this.

    One support rod, branching out like a tree as you go higher, would do the trick I should think.

    I doesn’t have to survive an earthquake while printing.
